Summer Sunday School programs begin on June 15 and run through the end of August: "Praising God with Songs and Stories" First Church Kids aged preschool to entering third grade are invited to bring their musical enthusiasm to"Praising God with Songs and Stories" beginning Sunday, June 15. Each class will feature the singing of familiar and new Bible songs, crafts, games, and stories related to the songs. Participants will share their songs with the congregation throughout the summer, too. The class will meet in Room 105 downstairs and be led by Pam Locke, Lisa Rogers, Beth Valdez and members of the Education Team. "FBI" First Church Kids entering grades 4th, 5th, and 6th are invited to bring their Bibles and observation skills as they become "Fabulous Bible Investigators" in a special Sunday School program beginning June 15. F.B.I. participants will learn how to crack the code, identify the contents, and do reconnaissance of Bible lands. Theme crafts and games will also be a part of the morning's activities, which will be held in Room 102 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Sundays during the summer. Sessions will be led by Ruth Zervas and youth helpers from the Confirmation Class.
